Colour: Pale gold with amber reflections.

Nose : Aromas of flowers, yellow fruits, some touches of brioche. 

Palate : velvety and tasty, aromas of yellow fruits, brioche and hazelnuts.

Ideal for an aperitif, but also recommended at the end of the meal, for example with desserts such as a charlotte or a pie.

Made with a blend of around 10% of red wine from Champagne, a still wine produced from old vines of Pinot situated on the terroir of Chigny les Roses

Nose : Red fruits with some grilled notes. 

Palate : Fresh and full bodied. Aromas of cherry, strawberry and blackcurrant. Long in mouth.

As an aperitif with cocktail snacks. White meat, game or with a veined (blue) cheese. With a dessert made with fruits.

Vixen Sparkling Shiraz Cabernet Franc

 

A powerful wine rich and soft in texture. The silky palate oozes sweet mixed berry conserve, ‘rum and raisin’, white chocolate and spicy vanilla oak finished with a balanced explosion of spice, crisp acid and soft elegant tannin length. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Áster Ribero del Duero

Deep cherry red in colour. Intense aroma, strongly reminiscent of ripe fruit (blackberries and gooseberries), with hints of liquorice, caramel. Well-structured to the palate, harmonious and tasty, with nerve, leaving a pleasant ripe fruit sensation. Hints of ripe blackberries, liquorice and toffee. Decant at least one hour before drinking for maximum enjoyment.

 

 

 

 

Chablis Louis Montellier

Made from 100% selected Chardonnay grapes, Chablis is also the most northern Burgundian vineyard. A rich and elegant wine with a full palate, on a crisp clean finish with plenty of lemon fruit flavours. To be served lightly chilled. Enough character to be drunk on its own, it will also be excellent with the classic combination of seafood and shellfish. This wine is ready to drink now and it can be further enjoyed over the next two years.

 

 

 

 

Macon Lugny Louis Montellier

Small village located in a valley, along the road of the Romance Churches Lugny proposes this typical wine of the Chardonnay grape variety, fresh and generous to the palate, well balanced and quite long. Very charming bouquet of flowers and fruits. Should be served chilled 8°/10°C.

Australian Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon - a blend of two classic red grape varieties, each lending their own unique characteristics.  A soft nicely balanced rounded wine with ripe mulberry fruit and black cherry.  Great on its own, even better with friends.
