Bright straw yellow colour.  On the nose a delicate bouquet of elder blossoms.  On the palate it is fragrant with a pleasant citrus aroma and a long and persistent finish.

Goes well with shellfish and hors d'oeuvres or enjoy on it's own as an apéritif
