Ribote Dogilani "San Luigi" 750ml
Ribote (Bruno Porro) is a small, family-owned winery from Barolo region of Italy implementing manual harvesting and organic practices. This Dogliani "San Luigi" is an organic ruby red wine from north-west of Dogliani region of Italy. It is bold, very dry wine. Tannins overpower the gums but keep the aftertaste soft and medium short. The wine is medium acidic as the mouth waters when you take a big sip, after all it is a classic North Italian wine, acidity will dominate. Dark cherries, black fruits, prunes and cocoa aromas and flavours.
Serving temperature 15 - 20°C. Uncork it and let decant for 30 min to open up the flavours and smooth the alcohol content. Pair it with beef roast, game, pasta or lamb shank.
